Judge's education fund invites you to an afternoon
of judge training with
Anne Rawle
on March 21st at New Bolton Center in
Kennett Square, PA Note:
Our fearless leader Jessica Ransehousen has
unfortunately had to cancel leading the judges' clinic
on March 21st, as she has been called out of the country
over that weekend.
The good news is that Anne Rawle is graciously willing
to step in and take over the reins that day, Anne is a
USEF 'S' judge with years of experience judging,
training, and breeding sport horses.

She will be discussing the ins and
outs of judging second, third and fourth levels, using video
and a participatory format. It is an excellent opportunity
for anyone interested in improving their judging skills, and

Lunch & Learn - Saddle Fitting
Lecture with Saddle
Maker Fred Taht at New Bolton Center. Fred holds a
certification from the Master Saddler
Society UK as a Qualified Saddle Fitter and has been
involved with saddle repair, fitting, design and manufacturing for
over 10 years. Fred is a co-founder of Custom Saddlery and has
personally fitted thousands of horses. The criteria of a well
fitting saddle will be discussed with relevance to horse and rider
anatomy. Real horses/saddles will be evaluated (weather
permitting). $12 DVCTA members including lunch. $15
non-members. Three participants will have the chance to have their
current saddle evaluated for free with their horse at the lecture.
