The online entry form for schooling shows will allow members and non-members to enter schooling shows two ways:

  1. Pay with PayPal (you DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal.  At the PayPal screen, simply choose the second option for Pay with a Credit Card).
  2. Pay with a check
The intelligent form will email each rider a copy of their entry as proof of entry/payment. A database of all entries and their method of payment is recorded and stored for reference.  If you choose to pay by check:
  1. Print out and include the email confirmation you recieve with:
  2. A CHECK MADE PAYABLE TO "DVCTA, Inc." Mail TO:
    Kathy King, 37 Parsons Rd., Landendberg, PA 19350
  3. Enclose a copy of your horse's current Coggins Test, DATED WITHING 12 MONTHS of the show date, unless it is already on file.

There will be a $10.00 LATE FEE ADDED TO EACH ENTRY RECEIVED AFTER CLOSING DATE

Must wear protective headgear as defined in DR120.5
and in compliance with GR801.

6. From the time horses are officially admitted to the competition grounds by competition management, anyone mounted on a horse at any time on the competition
grounds, including non-competing riders, riders on non-competing horses, and
those competing in all classes and tests, including Para-Equestrian tests, must
wear protective headgear as defined by this rule and otherwise in compliance with
GR801. Any rider violating this rule at any time must immediately be prohibited
from further riding until such headgear is properly in place.
